Drunk Driving and DUI / DWI
Columbia Maryland DUI Lawyer
“I can’t say enough about what an incredible job Mr. Smith did for me. When I was arrested for drunk driving again, I was afraid of going to jail. I never even thought an acquittal would be possible, and I was surprised and grateful when I was found not guilty of all charges. He was phenomenal in the courtroom.”

When a police officer stops a driver and has reason to believe the driver has been drinking, the police officer can request an alcohol test (breath test or blood test). If you refuse an alcohol test, or if your test reveals a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 or more, your driver’s license will be confiscated and you will be arrested and charged with drunk driving (DUI/DWI).
