Semi Truck Accident on I-95 Critically Injures Driver
A semi truck accident on Interstate 95 on Friday, January 18, 2013 sent the driver of the car that crashed into the tractor trailer to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, reported The Baltimore Sun. According to the Maryland State Police, the car’s driver was northbound when the car left the road, drifted onto the shoulder and struck the tractor trailer, which was parked on the shoulder.
The car became trapped underneath the tractor trailer. Fire and rescue officials removed the driver from the car. The driver was taken to Shock Trauma, and was in critical condition.
